Charli Knott smashed her maiden WBBL century, making 104 off 61 balls, as Brisbane Heat posted 184 for 4 against Adelaide Strikers at the Drummoyne Oval in Sydney on Thursday.
Knott reached her hundred off just 56 balls, after Grace Harris gave Heat a solid start with 22 off 18 balls.
Skipper Georgia Redmayne fell for 7, but there was no stopping Knott as she kept finding the boundary.
A mix-up ended Knott's knock on 104, but Orla Prendergast, 16 not out off 6 balls, and Annie O'Neil, 13 not out off 7, powered Heat to 184 for 4, with 23 runs coming off the final over.
Adelaide Strikers, who won the toss and chose to bowl first, now chase 185 to win.
