Mayank Yadav has struck twice in his first two overs of the fourth T20I against New Zealand at Eden Park in Auckland on Friday, giving India a dream start.
He removed opener Tim Seifert for 3 off 5 balls in the first over, caught by Prince Yadav, and then trapped Daryl Mitchell leg-before for a quick 24 off 9 balls, leaving New Zealand 34 for 2 after 2.5 overs.
Mayank came into the side in place of Bhuvneshwar Kumar and was handed the new ball after India won the toss and chose to bowl first.
India lead the five-match series 3-0 and are chasing a fourth straight win at Eden Park.
