New Zealand have won the toss and chosen to bowl first against India in the fifth and final T20I at Seddon Park in Hamilton today, with the first ball at 12:30 PM IST.

India, who have already sealed the five-match series, lead 3-1 and are chasing a 4-1 finish, while New Zealand are looking to end the series with a second straight win after their 87-run win in Auckland.

India make two changes, with Varun Chakravarthy and Bhuvneshwar Kumar coming in for Axar Patel and Mayank Yadav, while New Zealand make one change, with Blair Tickner coming in for Matthew Fisher.

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi is left out of India's playing eleven yet again, and Kuldeep Yadav also misses out.

India (Playing XI): Sanju Samson, Abhishek Sharma, Ishan Kishan (wk), Shreyas Iyer (capt), Tilak Varma, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Naman Dhir, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Arshdeep Singh, Prince Yadav, Varun Chakravarthy.

New Zealand (Playing XI): Tim Seifert (wk), Finn Allen, Daryl Mitchell, Glenn Phillips, Bevon Jacobs, Michael Bracewell, Mitchell Santner (capt), Nathan Smith, Adam Milne, Jacob Duffy, Blair Tickner.

At the toss, Santner said it is a new pitch and there might be a little dew later, while Iyer said India would have batted first anyway and wanted to test themselves batting first.

The Seddon Park pitch looks good for batting, with short boundaries and little early swing, and it should only get better for batting as the match goes on, though the new ball may bounce a little awkwardly early on.
