Rohit Falls for a Duck in First Over as India Begin 186 Chase at Eden Park

Rohit Sharma fell for a duck in the first over of India's chase in the first ODI against New Zealand at Eden Park in Auckland on Wednesday, after India had bowled the hosts out for 185.

Rohit faced six balls before he was caught by Mitchell Santner off Kyle Jamieson, leaving India one down in the opening over of their chase of 186 in the series opener.

Captain Shubman Gill and Virat Kohli were left to rebuild the innings, after India had won the toss and chosen to bowl first and dismissed New Zealand in 40.2 overs in the first ODI of the five-match series.
