Jacob Duffy Breaks Boult's Record with Best Kiwi Figures Against India

Jacob Duffy took 4 for 23 in the fourth T20I at Eden Park to record the best bowling figures by a New Zealand pacer against India.

Duffy struck twice in the first over, removing Sanju Samson and Ishan Kishan, and later added Naman Dhir and Arshdeep Singh as India were bowled out for 172 chasing 260.

His figures passed Trent Boult's 4 for 34 at Rajkot in 2017, the previous best by a Kiwi bowler against India in T20Is.

Duffy now has 67 wickets in 51 T20Is, with six four-wicket hauls, and his spell helped New Zealand win by 87 runs for their first victory of the series, which India still lead 3-1 ahead of Sunday's finale in Hamilton.
