Bangladesh opener Shadman Islam completed his century on the second morning of the first Test against West Indies in Dhaka on Thursday, with the second ball of the day's play.
Shadman, who had finished the first day stranded on 99 not out, worked Joshua Bishop's delivery off his pads for two runs to reach his third Test century.
He could not build much further, falling leg before to Bishop for 105 off 234 balls, with 11 fours, after an unsuccessful review.
Towhid Hridoy, who had retired hurt on 42 on the first day with cramps, then returned to the crease but was bowled by Bishop without adding to his score, as Bangladesh slipped to 221 for 5 in the morning session at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur.
