Arshdeep Strikes Again as Nicholls Falls for 9 in Eden Park ODI Opener

Arshdeep Singh struck for the second time in the first ODI against New Zealand at Eden Park in Auckland on Wednesday, removing Henry Nicholls for 9 to leave New Zealand 40 for 2 in the ninth over after India had won the toss and chosen to bowl first.

Nicholls picked out Naman Dhir at mid-wicket, and Dhir held on to a straightforward catch, giving the left-arm seamer his second wicket after he had earlier removed opener Will Young for 9.

Daryl Mitchell walked in to join Tim Seifert, with New Zealand looking to rebuild in the five-match series opener after India won the T20I series 3-2.
