New Zealand will be without fast bowlers Lockie Ferguson and Matt Henry for the last two T20Is against India, after both were hurt in the second match in Christchurch.
Ferguson hurt his calf and will be out for at least a week, so he will miss the fourth T20I at Eden Park in Auckland on Friday, while Henry hurt his quad in the same match and needs up to a fortnight to recover.
Quick Matt Fisher, who was only cover for the Wellington match, has now been called into the squad for the final two games.
New Zealand trail India 3-0 in the five-match series, and both injured bowlers are hoped to be fit for the one-day series starting on 4 November.
